All Product Returns Require A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You May Obtain An RMA Number Through Email: support@ihairwig.com

Products That Are Not Eligible For Return And Will Be Sent Back To You At Your Cost And Expense If Received By Us:

(2) Any Product That Is Returned Without Original Packaging And Accessories, Including Box, Inside Packaging, And All Other Items Originally Included With The Product
(3) Any Product That Exhibits Physical Damage

We provide 15 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products.

If you are not satified with the products, please return it within 15 days after you got the item, restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 15-day refund period has expired.
