We will do our best to give our customer the high quality prodcts and the best service, These Standard Return Policies Applicable Only To Products Purchased By You Directly From the ihairwig.com Website.

All Product Returns Require A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, So Please Contact Us First By Email: support@ihairwig.com and Obtain An RMA Number Before You Return The Item.

1. We provide 15 days money back on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products.

If you are not satified with the products, please return it within 15 days after you got the item, restocking fee and other fee may apply upon the condition of returned products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Product is not eligible for refund after the 15-day refund period has expired.

2. Restocking Fee: Yes (Up To 30%).

3.  Customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

All returned products (Replace or Refund) have to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #), RMA Number is prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on package will not be processed.

4.  All returned item, after sent back, please offer tracking number.

(2) Any Product That Is Returned Without Original Packaging And Accessories, Including Box, Inside Packaging, And All Other Items Originally Included With The Product
(3) Any Hair That Is Burned Or Missing Hair Piece
(4) Any Item That Is Cut Or Altered In Any Way

6. Out-Of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If Item Is Out Of Stock (Back-Order), We Will Cancel And Issue A Refund For The Item(S). We Cannot Process Any Exchanges For The Item(S) That Is Out Of Stock.
